A record number of consumers spent a record amount online this past holiday season enabling AdoptAShelter.com to make big payouts to U.S. animal shelters and rescue organizations. February marks the second time shelters are receiving donations earned by way of their supporters simply shopping online using AdoptAShelter.com. One group from Virginia, Tails High, Inc., earned over $1,000 in less than 60 days. Overall, the number of animal charities receiving a check from AdoptAShelter.com tripled, and the total amount paid out quadrupled.
