Youngtown, AZ (PRWEB) February 02, 2012
The Board of Directors and executive leadership of Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers has announced the launch of its new name and brand identity. Nearly 35 years ago, founders of the Youngtown, Arizona-based, non-profit organization envisioned creating senior living communities where people could come together to live and thrive, while experiencing God’s love in their lives. Now, the organization’s new name – LifeStream Complete Senior Living – honors that legacy and reflects a commitment to welcome all people to its communities.
“We embarked on this journey to reinvigorate our organization’s brand, to better reflect who we are,” said David Ellis, President and CEO of LifeStream. “The 600-plus residents and their families, served by our four Phoenix area communities bring a diverse mix of faiths and beliefs. Yet, to some, our name gave the impression that only people of Baptist faith were welcome. Going forward, our new name builds on our foundational values and better reflects that we are open and welcoming to all.”
The new brand enhances the organization’s legacy and strengthens its commitment to providing enriching experiences, residential options and care services to today’s seniors, their families and generations to come.
“We’re inspired by the residents we’re honored to serve,” said Donna Taylor, Executive Vice President and COO of LifeStream. “Senior living communities aren’t just providing housing and care anymore. Older adults perceive life differently today. They want to – and do – continue to live fulfilling lives of contribution and purpose. A big part of what we do is to honor and support them in their endeavors. We strive to do this by welcoming and serving all, whatever their faiths or beliefs; and by connecting faith, family and community in all that we do.”
