Nicaragua Real Estate Development Gran Pacifica Completes Transaction with Roger Keeling and the TKG Group

Gran Pacifica, a real estate development in Nicaragua, has completed a transaction with Roger Keeling and the TKG Group to transfer the rights to operate the Pacifica Golf Course and develop select Nicaraguan real estate around the golf course and in Phase 1.

Gran Pacifica, a Nicaraguan subsidiary of ECI Development, recently completed a transaction with Roger Keeling and the TKG Group.

This deal transferred the rights to operate the Pacifica Golf Course and develop select Nicaraguan real estate around the golf course and in Phase I. It also added another sub-development group that can sell and build homes and condos at Gran Pacifica.

TKG also plans to restart its Milagro del Mar Condominiums at Gran Pacifica pending closure of new funding for the group.
