Municipal Credit Union (MCU) has launched a new mobile banking application for members. The new NYMCU Mobile Banking app enables members to bank on the go 24/7 from their iPhone®, iPad®, and iPod Touch®.
The NYMCU Mobile Banking app allows members to safely and securely manage their accounts, check balances, transfer funds between accounts, and even find the closest branch and ATM in MCU’s extensive network. The mobile banking app is part of the Credit Union’s efforts to increase its convenience to members and expand its offerings of high-tech services, according to Steve Kibitel, MCU’s Vice President of Marketing. “We believe MCU’s new mobile banking app will also help us attract new members, especially younger members who are comfortable with and often prefer to use digital technologies to conduct all types of transactions, including banking,” Kibitel added.
“We are proud to now offer mobile banking to our members,” said MCU President/CEO Kam Wong. “Customer service and convenience along with technological innovations are top priorities for MCU. Our mobile banking app is our latest introduction to meet these priorities and our members’ banking needs. We expect MCU members to take full advantage of our new app and their 24/7 relationship with us.”
The NYMCU Mobile Banking app is available free from the iTunes® app store.
