There is good news out there for all of those having a condition that brings about chronic pain; there is a place to go for excellent care and treatment of pain.
Lexington Algiatry is happy to announce the hiring of a new Managing Director, Warren Gold of Tampa, FL, a graduate of the University of South Florida. He has extensive experience in the managing of pain clinics. Warren Gold has many plans as the new director to assure that all of the clinic's patients get the very best treatment to relieve their pain.
“It is very important to have a good director on hand at a pain clinic,” says Warren Gold, “and as director I will assess the clinics operations and plan the most prudent course of action. There may be cases where the most effective treatment for pain is to undergo physical therapy. Another trained member of the clinic's team will follow the director's orders and provide the recommended therapy. Perhaps it is just a matter of doing some stretching exercises or applying heat. Patients can be assured that the director and their staff will do the best job possible to help patients alleviate chronic pain and keep it from returning.”
Lexington Algiatry is able to prescribe medications under the care of Dr. Najam Azmat to help patients cope with pain symptoms on a day to day basis. Many times, untreated pain can be so debilitating that patients are unable to work and do normal daily activities. A painkiller can allow the patient to mask some of the symptoms causing such pain, thus allowing patients to function normally in their day to day lives, and to also tolerate additional treatment options that will permanently help with chronic pain symptoms.
With Warren Gold’s experience as an owner and manager of several pain clinics, it gave him an advantage in making such an enterprise flourish. Working with limited resources, the clinic showed dramatic improvement in the treatment of those suffering with painful complications from surgeries and other procedures.
Always with his attention focused on the well being of the patient, Warren Gold has often relied on just plain common sense to create a plan that will most effectively treat patient’s pain. “While being well versed in the field of pain management, sometimes one can't always follow the book”, noted Dr Najam Azmat. “Each individual is different and treatment needs to be customized to their needs”. Warren Gold truly understands that the number one goal here at the clinic is to alleviate the pain and suffering of each and every patient. For people needing help managing pain of any kind, they can be assured that Lexington Algiatry and its staff will do everything in its power to help patients.
