Bill Hale, President of The Hale Group, announced that Laura MacPhail has joined The Hale Group as a Principal. “I am delighted Laura is rejoining our team. She is doing great work for the industry with her company Foodservice Immersion™, which will continue, but she will be a key member of our management consulting practice effective immediately. Laura is a keen observer of the industry and her insights to the operator world will be invaluable to our clients,” said Hale.

Laura MacPhail joined The Hale Group immediately following completion of her MBA at The School of Hospitality Business in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Her consulting and research practice has centered on sales and marketing strategy development, brand awareness and positioning, trade channel requirements and education, product innovation, and customer satisfaction. Her particular expertise is foodservice operators: their needs, their business practices, and their approach to supply chain partners.

She left The Hale Group and founded Foodservice Immersion™ in 2006 to meet the professional development needs of foodservice suppliers and to facilitate communication along the foodservice supply chain.
