(Alger), a leading asset management firm, has been selected by the Schuylkill County Employees Retirement Fund to manage a separate account mandate in Alger’s Capital Appreciation Strategy. The retirement board was assisted in the selection on ALGER by their consultant, Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA.
The Alger Capital Appreciation Strategy invests in companies of all market capitalizations, with a current bias toward large capitalization securities, which demonstrate promising growth potential. The Strategy is managed by Patrick Kelly, CFA, Executive Vice President, along with a team of nearly 30 investment professionals at Alger.
