HIMSS presentations demonstrate game-changer for Remote Patient Support with ChoiceView.

Radish Systems and Presidio, a national provider of advanced IT solutions, are joining forces to showcase ChoiceView™, a next-generation visual solution for mobile communications, at the HIMSS12 annual conference and exhibition February 20-24 in Las Vegas. At the HIMSS exhibit, Presidio and Radish Systems will demonstrate how healthcare providers can simultaneously send visuals while talking/texting to non-hospitalized patients using smart mobile devices. Mobile-equipped patients want ever-faster, ever-easier ways to communicate effectively about their health care, and seeing information while discussing it improves comprehension by at least 50 percent. Easy-to-understand patient support is critical for increasing patient compliance and improvement while decreasing hospital re-admissions.

“Radish Systems is pleased to partner with Presidio to demonstrate the power of ChoiceView™ at HIMSS12” for remote patient care, said Tom Colamonico, VP of Sales for Radish Systems. “Healthcare providers can now communicate with mobile patients using ChoiceView to offer fast, accurate visual and voice information exchange for case and disease management, explanation of benefits, billing, wellness recommendations, and much more. ChoiceView improves patient engagements and reduces call times by delivering "Wow, now I see what you’re talking about!™" moments.

“Radish Systems offers a unique solution for our contact center customers to improve healthcare provider and payor mobile communications,” said Ted Baker, Vice President of Presidio Healthcare Solutions. “We’re leveraging the smartphones and tablets many patients already used on a daily basis to provide them with useful visual information while talking or texting with a healthcare representative. Be sure to come to our HIMSS booth 1019 for demos to see real-time ‘voice with visuals’ healthcare transactions.”

The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society’s annual Health IT Conference and Exhibition will be held February 20-24, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Venetian Sands Expo Center. HIMSS is the largest and most respected information technology show for healthcare professionals in the world. Visit http://www.himssconference.org for more information.
