We are very glad that we are here to talk with investors directly.

Brian Su, CEO of Artisan Business Group, Inc., gladly announces that Artisan Business Group, Jin Lee Law Group (California) and Hwapyung D&C (Korea) are jointly representing US EB-5 regional centers and project developers to Korean Investors at the 23rd Korea Emigration & Investment Fair 2012/Spring. The event organized by Korea Trade Fairs Ltd., will be held April 7-8 at COEX in Seoul, Korea. In addition to China, South Korea is the 2nd largest market for EB-5 regional center program. The Korea Emigration & Investment Fair will have more energy than ever before as more people are interested in emigrating from Korea. The Korean Economy is recovering from an extended depression making the citizens much more willing and excited to invest in foreign countries.

The strong currency rate of the Korean Won has contributed to a larger number of people making investments abroad. In addition, the high cost of education at home makes the EB-5 Program very attractive to Koreans concerned about their children’s education. There are also other factors which contribute greatly to Koreans investing in the EB-5 regional center program such as early retirement from their work and pursuing a better life. Due to all of these factors affecting the Korean people, the amount of overseas investment is expected to surpass the pre-Korean currency crisis.

The 23rd Korea Emigration & Investment Fair 2012/Spring is expected to be as large of a success as the Fall/2011 Fair which exceeded over 20,000 visitors. Korean Investors are still very interested in emigration and investing abroad. The 23rd Korea Emigration & Investment Fair is the event American businesses want to attend to develop the relationships needed for doing business in Korea. Some industries that will have exhibits at the fair will be emigration agents, employment agents, franchise consultants, real estate developers, real estate agents, embassies, banks/insurances, investment consulting, and hotel & resort operators. Participating in the one and only emigration fair in Korea might be a cost effective way to promote EB-5 investment projects to Korean investors.
