Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Limited announced today the appointment of David Wainwright to lead a new Construction practice for the company in the UK. David joins from RSA where he spent 37 years specialising in construction and engineering insurance and will be based in Tokio Marine’s growing Manchester office.
