Advertisers see increased engagement through audio ads that play as the user waits for the call to be answered, capturing the users’ attention more effectively than a typical visual banner ad. Plus, following the call, a user can be prompted to request more information from the advertiser using a Click-to-Action menu that can be customized for specific responses. A Click-To-URL button takes the user to the advertiser's landing page. Make-A-Call triggers a call to a pre-defined number. And up to three Info Request buttons: request that the advertiser calls the caller, send info by email or SMS. All these factors add up to produce a higher CTR and substantially higher eCPM for the app developer.
