Seven Leading Companies Recognized at Dallas Conference

James Hardie’s partnership with GuildQuality has enhanced the focus on customer service among our contractor partners.

GuildQuality, an Atlanta based company providing customer satisfaction surveying for remodelers, contractors and homebuilders in North America, recently honored seven James Hardie contractors with a Service Excellence Award. The award recognizes those contractors who provide outstanding service and quality in the home, as measured by customer feedback.

James Hardie contractors were invited to participate in the award. The applicants’ names were submitted to GuildQuality, who surveyed a representative sample of their customers from 2011. Survey questions included the homeowner’s feedback on the salesperson, installation process, construction quality, materials used, and whether they would recommend the contractor to a friend.

Working with James Hardie, GuildQuality selected the following winners:

  •     Simmons and Associates (Shawnee Mission, Kansas)
  •     Owen Enterprises (Lombard, Illinois)
  •     LaPelusa Home Improvements (Niles, Illinois)
  •     Living Improvements (Stafford, Texas)
  •     Rittenhouse Builders (Coatesville, Pennsylvania)
  •     Twin Cities Siding Professionals (St. Paul, Minnesota)
  •     Siding Repair Systems (O'Fallon, Missouri & Shawnee, Kansas)

“James Hardie’s partnership with GuildQuality has enhanced the focus on customer service among our contractor partners,” said Dave Donofrio, Director of Products and Segments for James Hardie. “All contractors are seeking points of differentiation in the marketplace, and being recognized by GuildQuality is one way of accomplishing that.”

“Choosing winners for the Service Excellence Award was quite challenging,” said Mark Miles, Chief Operating Officer for GuildQuality. “The overall scores were very high, which reflected each owner’s commitment to quality and James Hardie’s focus on continuously improving their products and the homeowner’s experience.”
