Houston, Texas (PRWEB) February 08, 2012
Seasoned business managers and professional interpreters, Flor Dimassi and Thomas Lacombe, have launched The Global Speak Network (TGSN) as their newest venture.
The Houston-based company supports clients around the world with their translation needs and those who are interested in increasing workplace productivity and improving the communication effectiveness of face-to-face meetings, simultaneous interpretation conferences, focus groups, training sessions and translations. Whether your communication project is needed verbally or in written form, TGSN comes prepared to assist its clients by delivering a concise message, on time and within budget. TGSN is also prepared to step in at the last minute should another translator/interpreter suddenly withdraw from a project. Availability and responsive solutions are their consistent focus whether in Spanish, English or any other languages. TGSN is focused on assisting leaders in achieving their personal and professional goals as well as objectives in the best way possible.
Dimassi is the founder and CEO of The Global Speak Network, and Lacombe is the president. Dimassi and Lacombe have nearly 40 years of collective experience in working with individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, corporations, universities, non-profit organizations and other entities in industries such as oil and gas, marketing, medicine, arts and humanities, industry and technology, law, natural and social sciences, travel, tourism, finance and insurance.
Dimassi and Lacombe also have “real world experience” at their fingertips. Services offered through TGSN are the result of thousands of hours of their own experience in simultaneous interpretation and translation projects since the late 1990s with clients in the United States and abroad.
“With TGSN, we are filling a language niche in the simultaneous interpretation and translation services sector. We know that we are on the right track. We secured eight new clients before TGSN was officially open for business,” Dimassi commented.
“Simultaneous interpretations and translations are the best platforms through which business owners, executives and employees can communicate their unique message into multiple languages. Our intention is to eliminate unproductive and ineffective meetings by providing a simple interpretation model that works across the entire spectrum of meetings – from virtual meetings over the phone to face-to-face interactions,” Dimassi explained.
"Typically, single language meetings to multiple language attendees are often dreaded by the participants. When meetings, conference calls or virtual programs aren’t properly supported by the right interpreter with a focused and clear understanding of the agenda, participants lose interest and nothing much gets accomplished,” Dimassi said.
The Global Speak Network offers services to boost the effectiveness of face-to-face and virtual meetings for teams, departments, divisions, or entire companies and organizations.
