SmartCEO Magazine recognized McGrath Systems as one of the area's top 50 fastest-growing companies, placing McGrath among a select group of companies that represent the future of the region's economy.

McGrath Systems today announced that it has been selected as a winner of the 2012 Philadelphia SmartCEO/Clifton Gunderson Future 50 awards, recognizing the area’s top 50 fastest-growing companies. This recognition places McGrath Systems among a select group of companies that represent the future of the region’s economy, collectively contributing $10 billion in revenues and more than 55,000 employees to the Greater Philadelphia region.

McGrath Systems was selected as a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry, with virtually unprecedented growth. In addition to working with many Fortune 100 companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, McGrath was contracted to staff a large number of environmental positions in response to the BP Oil Spill in 2010. This involved setting up a temporary management team with offices in three states, as well as recruiting and hiring 450 people in a six week period.

“McGrath Systems is extremely proud to be recognized for our tremendous growth,” said Mr. Michael Wiley, CEO. “We work diligently to provide exemplary service to our clients and candidates, and our success is directly predicated upon theirs – which makes this award so meaningful.”

SmartCEO Magazine President and Co-founder Craig Burris further comments, “Comprehensive growth is applause-worthy in healthy economic times. This year’s group of winners has ignored the recession and created innovative new avenues for growth. The business community is healthier and stronger due to their efforts.”SmartCEO Magazine will profile local award winners in its January 2012 issue of the publication. Winners are unranked and were selected purely based on their growth numbers. Over 120 nominations were submitted for review.
