Infinite Campus, Inc.® welcomes four districts in Ohio that recently chose Infinite Campus as their student data management solution. The newest Campus customers include:

  •     Columbus City School District (50,000 students)
  •     South-Western City Schools (19,500 students)
  •     Pickerington Local School District (10,285 students)
  •     Worthington School District (9,404 students)

These districts have purchased a fully integrated, Web-based system that eliminates the need for multiple third-party vendors, streamlines administrative tasks and increases parent and student communications.

Infinite Campus is a living solution that is constantly being enhanced without additional cost to customers. As a result, district-level customers continue to use the same product today as they did when they first became customers, realizing incremental product improvements while avoiding costly upgrades, fees, retraining, and confusion.

“We had approximately 120 staff members from all functional areas attend the demonstrations and Infinite Campus was the clear choice for our district,” said Walt Podgurski, Pickerington Local School District Technology Director. “The implementation process is very thorough, leaving nothing to chance. I get answers to questions quickly and communication is superb. The product is the best we've seen but the people and the approach of the company are what really set them apart. Our experience with the company and its representatives thus far has left us with a feeling of confidence and trust.”

“Health and immunization data management with Infinite Campus is head and shoulders above the other options. Our nurses love it,” said Bryan Mulvany, Executive Director of Management Information Services for South-Western City Schools. “It was the only solution that allowed us to easily validate addresses to determine enrollment eligibility. Even if you’re deep into South-Western attendance boundaries a student may be eligible to go to Columbus City Schools—being able to validate each individual address point, not just ranges, allows you to really know where a student belongs.”

“Increasing complexity of state reporting and the need to increase Web and mobile access were the driving forces to seek a new solution.” said Keith Schlarb, Director of IT for Worthington Schools. “A district resident and software executive who participated in the evaluation process summed it up well when he said, ‘Their architecture uses a single database to drive every module, they store data one time, and they use the power of relational database technology to provide flexibility and configurability…As requirements change through the years, Infinite Campus will be better positioned to meet those changes.’ ”

In today’s uncertain environment of transitions and acquisitions, Infinite Campus is unique. Charlie Kratsch has been the founder and CEO since its inception in 1993. Infinite Campus remains a privately held company, focused on customer retention by continuous innovation and customer service.

“We are excited about our continued growth in Ohio,” said Mike Palmer, Infinite Campus Regional Sales Manager. “The partnership of Infinite Campus and these districts brings a modern student information system combined with an emerging local presence. With four new districts joining the Infinite Campus family, we will continue to provide a superior solution for the school districts in Ohio.”
