Benefit Software Inc. (http://www.bsiweb.com), a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of online employee benefits administration, employee self-service, and benefits communication solutions, reports that 95% of respondents to its fourth annual Client Satisfaction survey were “very satisfied” with their outsourced printed Benefit or Total Compensation Statement Service. The survey addresses everything from project management and data security to superior Statement design and product quality. The 2011 survey shows that in nearly every category, client satisfaction improved from the previous year, a continuation of a four-year trend showing client approval of service delivery and product enhancements introduced by Benefit Software Inc. (BSI).

The annual surveys, which were conducted in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, reveal that clients repeatedly marked exceptionally high ratings for project management, level of service, data transfer and accuracy, production quality, and on-time delivery of the finished product. Following are highlights from the aggregate results:

  •     9 out of 10 clients said their project manager was knowledgeable and responsive
  •     98 percent reported that they were kept well informed during the project
  •     9 out of 10 clients reported that they received timely and accurate drafts of the statements
  •     9 out of 10 said that the data reports made it easy to audit employee data
  •     9 out of 10 clients agreed that the printed Statements were completed within a manageable and reasonable timeline
  •     9 out of 10 clients said that the Statements were delivered on time and packaged as requested
  •     99 percent reported being pleased with the look of their Statements
