TC3 expands services to include cardiac SPECT & PET

TC3, a leading cardiovascular imaging core laboratory for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, today announced the addition of Daniel Berman, MD, John Friedman, MD and Guido Germano, PhD to the TC3 scientific council. The three new council members bring decades of experience in SPECT and PET cardiac imaging research and conducting SPECT core lab projects. They are also the inventors of the industry leading Cedars-Sinai Nuclear Cardiology Analysis Software.

“We are honored to have these world-renowned imaging scientists involved with TC3. This trio is synonymous with nuclear cardiac imaging,” said managing member, Dan Gebow PhD.“ Commercial core labs typically hire MDs to read their images as consultants. We inverted that model by banding together the ‘go-to experts.’ In total, our luminary team has nearly 1000 peer-reviewed publications focused on cardiac imaging. Our clients benefit from that experience and scientific integrity.”

TC3’s scientific expertise distinguishes it from other standard image interpretation services. The core lab services now cover the spectrum of cardiac imaging, including MR, CT, TAVR, Echo, CT Perfusion, SPECT and PET. TC3 currently is involved in research studies being performed in four countries that are focused on groundbreaking discoveries ranging from stem cell therapy, CT contrast, and aortic valve repair.

About TC3
