Following news that team members from internet marketing agency SEO Positive will be presenting talks at the Internet World exhibition in April this year, it’s been announced that Head of Search Matt Wood will be taking to the stage at the event to represent his business alongside a number of his colleagues.
Although the finer details of the talk are yet to be confirmed, the presentation is thought to be centred on the recently-launched Google Plus and how utilising this platform can benefit businesses and help them integrate with other social channels.
The topic is of particular relevance to small and medium sized businesses who may not have the resources or the budget to allocate their social marketing activities to an external firm, yet still want to use the networking site to establish solid consumer relationships and market their products or services to specific communities.
When asked what the audience can expect to gain from the talk, Head of Search at the SEO agency Matt Wood is quick to focus on the long-term benefits of engaging with consumers via Google Plus.
“It’s a relatively new network but businesses can’t afford to ignore its potential, especially as their competitors are likely to be evaluating its effectiveness too,” Matt explains. “Because we’re a specialist social media company, we’ve got the experience and expertise to bring some really practical solutions to the guests at Internet World.”
