MENG (Marketing Executives Networking Group) Appoints Joey Iazzetto as New Chairman, Announces 2012 Board of Directors

The Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG), announced today the appointment of its new Chairman, Joey Iazzetto.

Iazzetto is the Senior Vice President and Director of Business Strategy at Chicago-based integrated marketing and communications agency CBD. Prior to joining CBD in July 2011, Iazzetto was a partner at UniCom Marketing Group, where he helped national and global companies in sectors including finance, healthcare, retail and consumer packaged goods. Clients have included Mercedes-Benz, Verizon, USG, Kmart, Beltone, GE Capital, Sears, ConAgra, and Motorola.

Founded in 1995, MENG is the leading national network of top-level marketing executives. The organization is devoted to enhancing its members' professional skills, relationships, and knowledge, priding itself on a culture of camaraderie. MENG is structured as a not-for-profit membership organization with approximately 1,800 members. Membership is made up of individuals who are at or above the VP level in their organization.

Iazzetto has been a member of MENG for seven years and served as Vice Chairman before assuming his current position. “I am so pleased to serve as MENG Chairman and am looking forward to a tremendous year” said Iazzetto. “Our organization continues to grow stronger, bringing with it new energy and new shared expertise.
