Orlando, FL (PRWEB) February 08, 2012
Builders Digital Experience (BDX), a leading provider of digital marketing resources for new home builders will be exhibiting their latest builder marketing and technology solutions this week at the 2012 International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida.
The company will unveil their new “BDX Listings Plus” and “BDX Listings Premium” online marketing packages for builders. These newest BDX solutions give builders unprecedented access to over 40 million consumers across the Internet as well as over 1 million real estate agents nationwide.
With BDX Listings Plus builders will have their homes and communities featured on NewHomeSource and Move New Homes, the two leading new home websites* and across the BDX distribution network which includes over 300 partner sites like Trulia, AOL Real Estate, MSN, Yahoo Real Estate and more. New home listings are also distributed through the New Home Source Professional network which reaches over one million real estate agents. BDX Listings Premium allows builders to build on their core listing package by adding banner advertising on their BDX home details pages.
“Last year BDX delivered over half a million home buyer leads to builders through our listings distribution network,” said Tim Costello, chief executive officer of BDX. “As builders look to get more from each dollar in their marketing budget, we’ve made it easier than ever to reach a wide audience of new home shoppers and the agents who represent them.”
The company will also be featuring new builder technology solutions including an interactive plat map built on Microsoft Surface, a multi-touch table device designed for 360 degree viewing and the new Architect series from EXSquared. The Architect group is a suite of web, mobile, iPad, iPhone and Android solutions designed to help builders develop a complete digital presence.
“From creating websites and mobile sites to custom device specific applications and portable sales pitches, this really is a game-changer for the building industry,” said Krishna Murthy, vice president and chief technology officer, EX2 Solutions. “For the first time a builder can integrate their BDX community and home listings data directly into their website, mobile site and across a series of applications – saving time, resources and improving the overall home buyer experience.”
BDX will also be demonstrating the latest rich media solutions to help builders bring their communities to life for potential buyers. In addition to renderings, floor plans, videos, and animations, two new solutions will be on display at the show.
True-scale wall murals are life-size wall graphics to be used in a design or sales center to highlight a home’s hidden and often overlooked features. The mural is a virtual wall cutaway that gives a potential buyer a glimpse inside the wall at a fraction of the cost of a traditional project.
Flycam 3D videos take potential homebuyers on an unforgettable and realistic home tour experience. The patent-pending Flycam technology gives viewers a life-like perspective of the home.
Builders are encouraged to visit Booth W4747 at the International Builders Show in Orlando from February 8-11 to find out more about these solutions and discover how BDX can help them connect with consumers and realtors across the Internet. BDX’s online marketing experts will be available in the booth throughout the show. Builders who are not able to visit the BDX booth are encouraged to email info(at)thebdx(dot)com to set up a personal appointment.
