MSPexcellence, the business-building consultancy for Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Solutions Providers (CSPs) has been selected by two leading providers of hosted cloud services to expand their market coverage with a channel of indirect sales partners to resell their hosted cloud services. External IT, a leading provider of comprehensive cloud-based IT solutions based in Dallas, Texas and Global Micro, the first and the largest provider of hosted services in South Africa, are both working with MSPexcellence to roll out a structured channel program to enable VARs, interconnects and MSPs to become certified channel partners and successful Cloud Solutions Providers. The programs will provide a “franchise model” for selling cloud solutions to the SMB/SME segment of the market (from 10 to 1,000 employees), a customer set that represents the next area of high growth in cloud-based IT service delivery.

MSPexcellence is providing External IT and Global Micro with consulting services and strategic planning. The goal is to create a franchise model for Cloud Solutions Providers based on a proven success formula for identifying highly qualified sales opportunities and implementing effective customer acquisition programs in their local markets.
