With System Health, MyDTT users can actively monitor the status of their entire surveillance system, including camera and DVR connectivity and recording status. “Even with an unreliable internet connection, MyDTT will indicate whether or not an issue exists with any camera or cameras. Furthermore, we can recognize if the system is recording, which is crucial as a system could appear to be on but not actually recording properly” said Vic Herrera, DTT’s Chief Technology Officer.

Also, DTT’s Support team has instant access to the status of all customer systems, which means that in the event of an emergency, or when a computer or smart device are inaccessible, a quick call to DTT support will reassure them of their system health.

MyDTT’s premium package includes monitoring by DTT personnel, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Currently, the team is monitoring 1,000+ locations and can instantly notify customers of any system malfunctions.
