His presentation will define what a consultative mindset is and the techniques to use in understanding the customer’s problem or identifying the customer’s needs. He will then explain how to integrate a consultative approach into existing sales practices. The presentation will conclude with Grehalva’s five principles of change management to maximize the success of sales professionals.
“What is the point of offering a solution, if you do not know what the problem is or the results your customer wants?” says Grehalva. “Understanding and using a consultative approach to selling is necessary to compete in today’s challenging marketplace,” Grehalva added.
