Marlboro, MA (PRWEB) February 14, 2012
As a way of thanking returning veterans who have served our country, Research Rockstar is providing free access to online market research classes beginning February 2012. These eLearning classes offer valuable business skills that will be useful to vets seeking employment in marketing or market research-related fields.
“History has proven that the energy and experience of returning veterans can be a massive force for economic growth,” says Research Rockstar president Kathryn Korostoff, noting that the “greatest generation” used the opportunities offered by the GI Bill to fuel the biggest economic expansion the United States has ever seen. “By offering veterans free tuition in these classes, we hope we can ease the transition to civilian life for some, and possibly inspire other business leaders to think of creative ways to say thank you to those who have served.”
Each of the five classes, which last 90 minutes, features one-on-one instructor support. Topics include questionnaire design, monitoring customer satisfaction and using social media for market research. Three spots are being reserved in each class for vets.
Research Rockstar's online classes are taught in a virtual classroom, allowing students to see slides, hear the instructor, view a white board, and ask questions. Each class is recorded and is available for replay. Classes meet at 1 pm on scheduled days and are in session through the end of March.
