South Jersey Gas recently debuted its newly redesigned website, planned as a more interactive and user friendly tool for customers.
The new site introduces a more organized layout, letting users easily navigate between features, including online bill pay and account management, residential and commercial energy efficiency tips and information, and natural gas safety messaging.
“Overall, we want this site to be as clear and easy to use as possible for our customers,” said Edward J. Graham, chairman, president and CEO of South Jersey Gas. “In addition, we want to highlight the steps people can take to conserve energy and save money.”
An important feature for many customers will be the site’s Manage My Account portal, featured prominently on the homepage, giving them easy access to useful tools. By accessing the portal, customers will be able to perform a bill analysis, analyze their appliances and see how their home uses energy, review recommendations for reducing consumption and view past bills to track natural gas usage.
