In relationships, the most challenging choices often involve the ability to communicate, trust and receive. Frank Natale's Relationships for Life, How Conscious Love Transcends Crisis, Pain and Self Avoidance, identifies the essential qualities that influence relationship choices with love, family, friends and career. The new e-book is available on Amazon Kindle and other major digital platforms.
Natale’s twenty vital qualities of aliveness, developed working with thousands of participants in his Relationships seminars, include: responsibility, the choice to think, service and acknowledgment, trust and affinity, effective communication, absence of parental authority, self esteem, honorable sexuality, healing, forgiveness, laughter, humor and playfulness, the presence of love and the ability to receive.
“The qualities of aliveness found in our relationships determine the quality of our existence,” Natale writes. “This book will affect the manner in which you view your relationships, help you assess these vital signs of relationship and make the choice to acquire them. In seeking these qualities you will gain an opportunity for greater awareness of your self, which is the highest achievement any of us can accomplish at any given moment.”
A gifted teacher and author, Frank Natale was founder and creative director of Frank Natale & Associates, an experiential education organization presenting seminars throughout the United States, Europe and Australia. Natale’s teaching emphasized self-discovery, personal responsibility and choice as paths to conscious living and spiritual growth. Seminars created by Natale include Trance Dance, Rites of Passage, Relationships, Manifesting Results, Creative Communications and Self Esteem, the Power Within.
Natale is also the author of Trance Dance, the Dance of Life. Committed to dance as a healing force, with his band Professor Trance, Natale produced a body of long form trance dance music including the albums Shaman’s Breath, Medicine Trance, Rites of Passage, Dance Your Animal, Spirit Animal and Breath of Fire.
A native New Yorker, in 1967 Natale co-founded Phoenix House in New York, which became the largest residential treatment facility for chemical dependency in the United States. After serving as clinical director for twelve years, he chose to leave Phoenix House and focus his work on successful, functioning personalities. During the Sixties and Seventies Natale studied and worked with many leaders of the modern human consciousness movement including Charles Dederich, Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers, Fritz Perls, Baba Muktananda, J. Krishnamurti and Buckminster Fuller.
