He is responsible for the design, delivery and management of digital marketing, web design consulting and services. Noor joined WebbMason through the 2011 acquisition of Desme, an interactive marketing and web design firm he founded in 2001. Desme was named by Goldline Research and Inc. Prior to founding Desme in 2001, Noor served as director of information technology and marketing at an international copper refinery. Noor earned his BS in computer science with concentration in database structure from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He lives in Columbia, MD.
