VoterBuzz, a groundbreaking new mobile app that empowers political candidates, committees and voters picked up a West Virginia politician and a leading advocate group for sexual minorities.
Steve Hunter, a candidate for West Virginia’s House of Delegates, enrolled as a VoterBuzz subscriber Monday. Equality Florida, Florida’s leading advocate on behalf of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights, joined Feb. 2.
“Equality Florida's highest priority is connecting people to our work. We're excited to use VoterBuzz as the latest tool to help accomplish this goal,” said Brian Winfield, a managing director for Equality Florida.
Other subscribers to VoterBuzz include two national organizations, several state-level candidates and organizations, and several southwest Florida candidates and organizations. VoterBuzz subscribers range from conservative to liberal to non-partisan.
