Mandarin Oriental, New York, Bing™, GQ and Condé Nast Traveler have collaborated again this season to create a respite for fashion media professionals from Fashion Week madness. The Bing™ Lounge, located on the hotel’s 35th floor in MObar, is a stylish hospitality lounge conveniently located just steps away from the tents at Lincoln Center and provides a haven for fashion bloggers, editors and journalists where they can enjoy complimentary wi-fi, laptops, food, beverages and footage of the week’s runway shows. Jonathan Valdez “Tweetheart Tweet Up”

Tuesday, February 14, 2012, US Weekly contributor and founder of the blog Orange Juice & Biscuits, Jonathan Valdez, will make a special Bing™ Lounge appearance for a Valentine’s Day/Fashion “Tweetheart Tweet Up” from 11am – noon. Fashion media are invited to attend and drop off their business cards to enter to win a Radley of London designer handbag. Special Appearance by Rodarte

On Thursday, February 16, 2012, fashion media mavens are invited to come to the Bing™ Lounge from 10am – 11am for a special guest appearance by Kate and Laura Mulleavy, the talented sisters behind the cutting-edge label, Rodarte. The designer-duo will speak about their inspirations for their latest collections which will make its runway debut February 14th. Guests of Mandarin Oriental, New York will enjoy the opportunity to shop for the perfect additions to their spring/summer wardrobes, experience a customized wardrobe revamp, style for an entirely new look, or scout for the perfect outfit for an upcoming event. Whatever your fashion need, PJ Pascual will create a day of tailor-made shopping at NYC’s top designer stores and boutiques. The Style A La Carte service includes a pre-shopping questionnaire, one-hour of pre-shopping consultation, and six hours of car serviced-shopping with celebrated stylist PJ Pascual.
