The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 73% of all Express Oil Change franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Express Oil Change franchise system.

The survey asked Express Oil Change franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.
Among the responses received from Express Oil Change franchisees:
- 97% gave a positive grade to overall quality of the franchisor.
- 100% gave a positive grade to the initial training supplied by the franchisor.
- 100% of Express Oil’s franchisees would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee.
- 97% gave a positive grade to the opportunity provided by this franchise system.
