It promises to revolutionise an unloved category and really shake things up. Fizzy will make the conventional flat look very flat!
London (PRWEB UK) 10 February 2012
Thames Valley Housing Association (TVHA), one of the biggest social housing landlords in the South East, has today launched Fizzy Living, a new residential rental business which will provide apartments for young professionals. Positioning, naming and visual identity for Fizzy has been developed by branding agency Heavenly.
TVHA's new initiative offers a long-term solution to providing private rental accommodation on a large scale. With a new subsidiary called Fizzy Living, TVHA intends to create a portfolio of more than 1,000 new-build apartments aimed at young professionals in London and the South East.
TVHA appointed branding agency Heavenly, after a competitive tender, to help create the Fizzy brand, ensuring it appeals to a core audience of 25-34 year old self-styled “rentysomethings”. Fizzy is the brainchild of MD Harry Downes, who announced that the new business will offer “…customers good quality accommodation in easily commutable locations and a management service that makes life simple.”
James Breeds, Business Director at the brand consultancy said: “We are very proud to be working with the team at TVHA to bring this exciting concept to life. It promises to revolutionise an unloved category and really shake things up. Fizzy will make the conventional flat look very flat!"
