The Entrada Series encompasses seven plans, including the new 1,428-square-foot Zaca and the 1,565-square-foot Cachuma, as well as five bestselling plans the Monterey, Cambria, Lopez, Corbett and Prefumo. The latter include some of Trilogy at Monarch Dunes’ most popular plans, which are available at the lower price point. These five plans will also be available in the community’s Primera Series, featuring highly stylized homes with top of the line materials, high-end fixtures, and dramatic details, for discerning buyers looking for a higher level of luxury. Homes from the Entrada Series start at $350,000. Homes from the Primera Series start at $420,000.
