Vermont’s Academic Medical Center to Implement MEDSEEK’s Digital Health Solutions

MEDSEEK, the provider of the healthcare industry’s only enterprise strategic patient engagement and management solution, today announced that it has signed a deal with Fletcher Allen Health Care to deploy strategic patient engagement solutions, including a consumer portal, eMarketing services and search engine optimization services. The agreement also includes integration of health education and content from Healthwise® for Fletcher Allen, which is the state’s only academic medical center and largest private sector employer.

The project’s goal is to make it easier for community members to find information on Fletcher Allen providers, services, classes and high quality health information, as well as to access and manage their health information online. Fletcher Allen chose MEDSEEK’s solutions to deliver an optimal consumer experience.

The agreement includes eMarketing solutions from MEDSEEK’s Consulting division to provide a customized Web strategy, and to design and develop a site that will engage healthcare consumers and drive brand loyalty. Search Engine Optimization services will optimize Fletcher Allen’s website health content and key service lines to ensure that prospective patients searching for health information and providers will find the hospital at the top of Web search results.
