Advertising technology company, TruEffect, has announced the addition of two senior level executives. Will Clayton was named Senior Director of Product Management and Tammy Henderson has been appointed Vice President Customer Business Process & Innovation. The company, headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, recently announced it is tripling its workforce and has also opened a New York office.

Clayton has been building and deploying interactive marketing systems for publishers, marketers, and consumers for 15 years. He has been responsible for product design and user experience; privacy and data security standards, practices and techniques; media optimization, content monetization and utilization strategy; and new media including social, mobile, and video. Clayton has created, supported and managed numerous platforms for domestic and international clients, including AdManager, the current Microsoft Advertising solution for enterprise publishers.

Ms Henderson brings to TruEffect an extensive background in data warehousing and business intelligence. She began her career in Advanced Technologies at Lockheed Martin, has served as President of consulting firm Harlequin Drake, was Vice President of Customer Innovation at Calpoint, and has provided data warehousing and business intelligence consulting services to a variety of companies including Polycom and Janus Capital Group.

In making the announcements, Ron Hill, TruEffect CEO, said “TruEffect is reshaping the landscape for display media.
