PerfectServe Expands Team with Three New Implementation Specialists

Ian Harman comes to PerfectServe from Attention-IT, Inc. where he served as international account and project manager.

As PerfectServe expands into hospitals across the country, we continue to strengthen our team responsible for providing support to our client hospitals, clinicians and their patients.

PerfectServe, the leading provider of clinical communication, today announced three new hires to support the recent expansion of its implementation team. The implementation specialist positions will provide support in guiding hospitals through the implementation phase of PerfectServe’s clinical technology platform.

Ian Harman holds a bachelor’s degree from Maryville College where he studied abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in international business. Harman went on to receive an MBA from the University of Tennessee, with a concentration in finance and analytics. Harman comes to PerfectServe from Attention-IT, Inc. where he served as international account and project manager.

Steve Jarrell received both his bachelor’s degree in marketing and MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining PerfectServe, he worked with DeRoyal Industries in Knoxville conducting market research. Certified in risk management training, Jarrell also held a previous position with the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Paul Haymore holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho as well as a master’s of business administration in entrepreneurship and innovation from the University of Tennessee. Haymore is the founder and former president of ShopCertain where he created business concepts, monetization strategies and marketing plans. He has a prior relationship with PerfectServe through his term as a hospital implementation intern.
