Lynn Ingham, a longtime digital sales veteran and a highly experienced builder of highly-effective sales and operations teams, announces the opening of her new recruitment firm, Digital Talent Guide. The firm specializes in searches for candidates to fill digital sales, ad operations, social media and digital agency roles in companies throughout the U.S.

Digital Talent Guide focuses on sourcing talent in major U.S. cities including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago, as well as in other strong digital markets like Dallas, Boston, Seattle and Portland.

Digital Talent Guide's Founder, Lynn Ingham, is a seasoned industry sales and business development veteran, with a deep understanding of the current specialized personnel needs and opportunities in the rapidly-evolving digital business world.

Lynn's perspective as a serial pioneer in digital for leading media companies comes from her hands-on experience in recruiting, training, leading and managing revenue-producing teams and also from her volunteer work to champion digital education and innovation. A Co-Founder and Past President of SFBIG (San Francisco Bay Area Innovation Group), Lynn has also served as Vice President of Sales for Interactive One, where she established early-to-market social media properties and attracted a broad range of blue chip advertisers to the company's sites: BlackPlanet, MiGente and AsianAve. Prior to Interactive One, Lynn led sales for The Ad Age Group in the Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco markets, as well as helping to establish the emerging online extensions and new products for the group as National Director of Digital Sales.

Lynn is fully engaged in discovering and matching candidates to companies in major markets across the country.
