Our commitment to customer service helps us considerably when dealing with large orders
Asheville, NC (PRWEB) February 16, 2012
Security Camera Warehouse, an online storefront for video surveillance equipment announced that it has completed its Central Contractor Registration which will allow it to bid on large government contracts for CCTV cameras.
Even before completing the registration, Security Camera Warehouse already amassed a good deal of government clients including the United Nations, the Navy Seals, the Army, Lockheed Martin and other large defense contractors, and the Navy. Security Camera Warehouse carries brands such as Geovision, Bosch, Vivotek, and Brickcom, and specializes in both analog security camera systems and ip cameras.
“We are certainly filling a niche with our helpful customer service,” said Justin Bowman, CEO of Security Camera Warehouse. “We never hire sales guys, so you are always speaking to a knowledgeable technician, who knows the product, this alignment to customer service helps us considerably when dealing with large orders who are looking for more than someone to deliver the product and then never have contact again.”
Security Camera Warehouse already does system design work with several systems integrators that work with government, educational, and corporate clients, so there should be little in the terms of transition.
“Our at-least-two-year warranty (some of our products are warrantied even longer) also has positioned us nicely,” said Matthew Nederlanden, President of Security Camera Warehouse. “This puts a lot of customers at ease, to know that their supplier believes in the quality of their video surveillance equipment and is going to be around for the long haul.”
