Right Management has appointed Jim LoRusso as Vice President, Business Development Consultant, for Connecticut and Westchester. LoRusso joins the firm with recent experience from outplacement provider DBM. Right Management is the talent and career management expert within ManpowerGroup.

LoRusso has over 20 years' global experience in talent management. Previously he worked for Fortune 250 Perkin-Elmer and CitiGroup in career management, organization development and HR management.

LoRusso earned a Master's Degree in Career Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Central Connecticut State University. He is certified in key assessment tools including the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Career Anchors and Lominger's Career Architect. For eight years he served as an adjunct professor in Manhattanville College's graduate program in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development.
He resides in Easton, Connecticut.
