Panviva Pty, Ltd announced today, with pleasure, that Ben Cordeiro has been named as the company’s Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, Ben will be responsible for all aspects of Panviva’s product development, delivery, and global technology infrastructure as he leads operational transformation and product innovation initiatives aimed at strengthening Panviva’s value proposition and longer term direction.
Ben is an experienced CIO with a career spanning a broad range of industries with roles featuring transformational change. Ben joins Panviva from IRESS Market Technologies, where he was the Chief Operating Officer responsible for all operational aspects of a global software development and delivery organisation, including cloud services, information security, and product implementation. IRESS is an Australian-owned company with a global customer base and operations specialising in share market and wealth management technology solutions including real-time services, analytics and trading tools for stockbrokers, financial institutions and market analysts. Ben spent his early years in technology consulting and project management with roles at ANZ Bank, Amcor and British Telecom, making the full transition into leadership with IBM Global Services; before being appointed CIO at Pentana Solutions (formerly Reynolds and Reynolds), a leader in ERP systems for the automotive industry. At Pentana, Ben managed four separate product lines based on totally distinct development technologies, with development and operational teams spread across 10 global locations.
