Casa Vinicola Zonin USA will launch the exclusive “Italian Culinary Experience” in Miami, FL. This special 2-hour event will take place for the very first time on February 21 at the Miami Culinary Institute and will be held on a monthly basis

Italian Culinary Experience with Casa Vinicola Zonin

The objective of the Italian Culinary Experience is to bring the Italian cuisine to life by connecting the most valuable players in the industry. Therefore, every month we will have renowned chefs prepare exquisite food and wine pairings

The Italian Culinary Experience will include cooking demonstrations and wine tastings, as well as panel discussions by world-class chefs and wine experts. Its uniqueness is represented by the fact that a different Italian region will be picked each month of the year, thus giving attendees the opportunity of experiencing a comprehensive food & wine tour of Italy.

For the month of February, Casa Vinicola Zonin USA will introduce Piedmont’s Castello del Poggio noble estate as special feature. The following wines will be showcased: Zonin Prosecco, Dolcetto, Barbera d’Asti, Barolo and Moscato d’Asti.

This event will indeed be sponsored by the Miami Culinary Institute, Thomson Hospitality, the Italian-American Chamber of Commerce and it is supported by the Consulate General of Italy in Miami.
