New Civil Rights Violations Filed Against City of Key West and Police Officer in Brutality Case

Cook and John Torraco, PL have filed a suit against the city of Key West and Police Officer Eric Biskup in federal court on behalf of their client Suzann Hollis, charging her civil rights were violated when she was allegedly beaten by Officer Biskup during an arrest four years ago.

Cook and John Torraco, PL have filed a suit against the city of Key West and Police Officer Eric Biskup in federal court (United States District Court for Southern District of Florida Case No.: 12-10013-Civ-Moore/Torres) on behalf of their client Suzann Hollis charging her civil rights were violated when she was allegedly beaten by Officer Biskup during an arrest four years ago.

Attorneys allege that on February 16, 2008, their client - Suzann Hollis, a disabled person who has only one arm due to a work accident, was first pepper sprayed, then attacked and beaten by Key West Police Officer Eric Biskup, who inflicted life-threatening injuries on Ms. Hollis (http://keysnews.com/node/37929).
