Imaging 411, a national scanner and micrographics maintenance service provider, has announced it will be expanding their current Maintenance VAR Program (MVP) for resellers of Kodak (scanners and micrographics), Fujitsu, Bell & Howell, Canon and Panasonic to include the ability to purchase SunRise Imaging’s 3 in 1 micrographics scanner, 411 Pre-owned Certified scanners and Hitachi’s Intelligent desktop production scanners and maintenance.

“We are grateful to our existing MVP partners and are always searching for new products and services to add value to the program." - Gary Armstrong President of Imaging 411

“We are grateful to our existing MVP partners and are always searching for new products and services to add value to the program. In the past we maintained a separate reseller plan for the SunRise and Hitachi products but feel that it’s a great time to expand the MVP program to include these products and services, stated Gary Armstrong, President of Imaging 411 Inc.

The Maintenance VAR Program (MVP) allows resellers the ability to utilize Imaging 411’s outstanding North American support team to deliver a full suite of service options (including warranty uplifts, 4 hour on site and 24x7 coverage) at a better value than the OEM’s and a program that typically delivers as much as twice the margin to the reseller compared to the major manufacturer’s programs The successful program remains unique in being the first and only to feature the protection of Maintenance Deal Registration for the VARs, something many of the resellers have been clamoring for but not offered by the major manufacturers. Joe Paradiso, CEO of Imaging 411 added, “Recent financial events in the production scanner community has presented a dramatic increase in both opportunity and engagement by many scanner customers and resellers. Many of them are looking for a long term maintenance program without the risk of business continuity as an issue. The Hitachi and SunRise products are excellent options for the high end production offerings“.

The MVP program has been well received in the industry since it’s announcement in 2010, and currently includes over twenty five of the top VAR’s and BPO providers in the industry, including DataBank IMX whose CEO Fred Zaeske recently commented on Imaging 411’s MVP program by stating, “We found Imaging 411 to be receptive to our needs and responsive to the marketplace demands in today’s challenging economy. They are also well positioned to support our growth strategy in 2012 and beyond.”
