Autotask Corporation, the world’s leading provider of hosted IT business management software, today announced its latest integration with BrightGauge, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) custom reporting and dashboard solution specifically designed for managed services providers (MSPs), and other information technology solution providers (ITSPs). The integration allows MSPs and ITSPs to easily create, customize and deliver specialized customer reports covering a wide range of service and performance metrics.
