According to a November 2011 Gallup poll, 31 percent of Americans who finally lost weight after never succeeding named working out and exercising as the most effective strategies for dropping pounds -- a finding supported by two new case studies released by Henkin Fitness Systems, developer of the Ultimate Sandbag Training System.
After shedding nearly 100 pounds and evading an inevitable date with diabetes, Gabriel Duff, an Ultimate Sandbag™ Training devotee, proved small changes in exercise routine and diet can have big benefits on waistlines.
