Next month, McDade will engage the community by conducting Q&As with sales and marketing thought leaders including Top Sales World’s own Farrington. McDade will also author an article for the March issue of Top Sales World Magazine expanding on information from his recently published book, The Truth About Leads.

Top Sales World elects a maximum of four new members to the Top Sales Experts team each year. “Our policy has always been, right from day one, that quality is far more important than quantity,” said Farrington. He added that Dan had been recognized as an ideal candidate for a considerable time, so when a vacancy opened in early 2012 an invitation was immediately extended. In addition to demonstrated leadership in the sales profession, candidates for Top Sales World Top Sales Expert must garner four recommendations/references from existing members.

According to Farrington, the Top Sales Experts are an eclectic group of individuals, each with an area of specialization. “Some are best-selling authors; some have built large global consultancies; some operate within the Fortune 500 arena; others prefer to work with SME companies,” he said. “But all have one characteristic in common: A desire to give back, to teach, to inspire and to help others in sales succeed.”
