Nvest a leading provider of training services to the Audio Visual industry has this month launched an outsourced, first-line, technical support service enabling resellers to provide support to customers of digital signage, video conferencing, interactive whiteboard and Voice Over IP products.

The launch follows Nvest’s acquisition on February 1st, 2012, by IT support group Inbay Limited. First-line technical support is provided 24/7, by telephone and online, nationwide in the UK and to English speaking customers in any country, out of Inbay’s international Customer Care Centre.

Nvest provides product training to buyers of products from leading brands including Cisco, Ebeam, Hitachi, LG, LifeSize, Onelan, Polycom, Samsung, signagelive and Smart on behalf of reseller and distributors including Medium, Micro-P, Midwich, Sahara and Steljes. Its extensive experience has enabled Nvest to create a service perfectly matched to the needs of both users and resellers.
