SmartWatt Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has promoted Brandon Scribner from Sales Manager to General Manager of its Syracuse, NY office.

Brandon joined SmartWatt Energy’s team four years ago as a Project Developer for the company’s Large Commercial and Industrial division. He was promoted in 2010 to Sales Manager for SmartWatt Energy’s National Grid Small Business Direct Install Program, and has been a key driver in the program’s success.

“Our Small Business Direct Install Program in Central and Northern New York has grown significantly since it began in 2010,” said Matthew Cinquanti, SmartWatt Energy’s Vice President of Utility Programs. “Brandon has played a major role in this growth and we’re proud to have him as General Manager.”

As General Manager, Brandon will manage and coordinate a 25 member staff in all phases of energy-efficient lighting upgrade projects, from lead generation to installation. He will also be tasked with training new staff and growing SmartWatt Energy’s presence and small business client-base in Northern New York.
