Lennar Corp. has released its second distinctive village at Fiddler’s Creek - Runaway Bay, a neighborhood of 98 single-family residences situated along The Creek and The Creek Course.

Lennar Corp. has released its second distinctive village at Fiddler’s Creek - Runaway Bay, a neighborhood of 98 single-family residences situated along The Creek and The Creek Course.

Located within the Marsh Cove section of Fiddler’s Creek, Runaway Bay will offer four unique floor plans. Construction will begin in March with the first model available shortly thereafter.

The Lantana is a two-story residence offering 3,542 A/C square feet. The model has four bedrooms, four baths and a study, plus a bonus room. The base price of the Lantana is $669,990.

The Laurel is a two-story residence encompassing 3,659 A/C square feet. It features three bedrooms, three baths and a study, plus a bonus room. The base price of the Laurel is $699,990.

Each residence at Runaway Bay will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will feature a spacious three-car garage. Standard features will include gas cooktops, Howe style wood casing, granite kitchen countertops, Victorian style baseboard and crown molding, and designer bath fixtures.
