The show, organized by the Dechema Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, will focus on physiologically relevant three-dimensional (3D) cell culture models and their implementation in pharmaceutical testing.

The Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plate is an easy-to-adopt 3D cell culture solution. The hanging drop arrangement permits only one spheroid per well and can be accessed from the top or bottom of each well, giving the researcher control over spheroid diameter and access. Spheroids are possible with a single cell type or co-cultures of two or three cell types, and can be analyzed utilizing microscopy and fluorescence- and colorimetric-based assays. Compatible with manual pipettors and automated liquid handling systems, Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates are can be introduced into both pharmaceutical and academic labs.
