Pomona, CA (PRWEB) February 23, 2012
The National Health Foundation (NHF), in association with the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), will honor Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center’s (PVHMC) President/CEO Richard E. Yochum on Tuesday, March 6 in a Tribute Dinner, “A Celebration of Leadership, Vision and Commitment.”
“What an honor it is to be recognized by NHF and HASC with this award. There are many others in healthcare who are deserving of this tribute and I am humbled to have been selected for this distinction,” said Yochum. “Healthcare is a field of such collaboration, cooperation and teamwork; I would not have been chosen for this honor were it not for the dedication of more than 4,500 associates, physicians and volunteers at Pomona Valley Hospital.”
National Health Foundation hosts an annual Tribute Dinner to raise funds in support of its mission to improve and enhance the health of the underserved by developing and supporting innovative programs. NHF focuses its efforts on chronic disease prevention and management, helping underserved children and families and within healthcare delivery systems.
